Stellar Suspension

Stellar Suspension (created in collaboration with animator Matt Sheridan, CalTech astrophysicist John Good and Sussan Deyhim, composer ) is a documentation of a four channel projection installation created for the OBSERVE exhibition at Art Center. Taking off from Albuquerque’s STELLAR AXIS: ANTARCTICA project it continues the idea of mapping the stars above us onto the planet and follows the path of two stars at the South and North Poles (aided by the rotation of the earth) becoming the double strand DNA connected to the stars.
